After three weeks of phone tag with the GM representative, I had a 1 minute 40 second discussion. He said, roughly, "get bent." As a result, I'm taking the following actions:
1. I'm registering the domain "NeverAgainGM.com"
2. I'm publishing the following information there: http://neveragaingm.blogspot.com/
3. I'm getting a sticker made for the back window of the CTS-V that reads "NeverAgainGM.com". It will stay there until I return the vehicle on lease in April of 2009
4. I'm sending a picture of the back of the CTS-V to the local news channels as well as to Mr. Wagoner, CEO of GM
If you can think of any actions that you can take that would affect my decision, please let me know.
