The disrespect that you and your GM representative have shown me in not responding to my query speaks volume about the lack of customer focus and professionalism that runs rampant throughout GM.
I will not be bringing my car back to your dealership.
I will continue to use GM and your dealership as a negative example of customer service in every quality course that I teach.
I am consulting with a lawyer to pursue a Lemon Law case.
